My laptop says it can not find a driver. This morning I uninstalled the lot camera and Autostar Suite and tried again. Allow Windows to load. Thanks for that Phil, but my computer can’t even find the driver to load. This window allows you to choose whether or not to install the Guide Star Catalog.

MEADE LPI DRIVER
Forgive me for being a complete amateur, but is there something I should now do to “initiate” the camera so that I get an image? Click “Install Autostar Suite. So open regedit and search for trust webcam and change it to Meade lpi, press F3 to search through the full registry for all instances of the trust webcam, changing them all to Meade lpi as you go.
I will do some hunting in Regedit and see if I can find anything. Thanks for your ideas so far – at least I’m going be able to get something through a webcam program if nothing else, but it would be nice to have Autostar up and running properly.
Any wimdows would be appreciated. I believe that there is no support for the LPI in Windows 7.

You are prompted to choose a directory in lip to install the driver. InstallShield Wizard completes installation. If you do not wish to install the catalog, uncheck the GSC check box. XP mode is the only way to fix this until the manufacturers are allowed or pull their thumb out and write some new drivers.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so what is the solution? The Main Menu screen displays. Any help would be appreciated. The suit needs to see Meade lpi in the registry to allow it to work with their software.
