Although not as good as your video card, remove the video card and use the Intel video, if your motherboard has a video out port, just to see if the video card is causing anything. Windows 7 Enterprise 64 Bit. The EasyTune is one and it got me on my new Gigabyte motherboard install as I had high latency spikes until I uninstalled it. I have searched up fixes for the past week, with no avail. I have also gone through device manager and disabled most of the drivers while the sound was present, and that did not help either.

This is a new build and apart from sound all is fine. Since some days ago, it’s also making these noises when I do nothing with it, and it’s far from being maxed out. Even though other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.
